Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or a change of mind.

Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Email us at devabmoney13@gmail.com and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

In most cases involving damaged or defective products, you will not be required to return the original item.

Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

Because each product is produced specifically after an order is placed, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if:

The wrong size was ordered
The wrong product or variation was selected
You changed your mind after ordering

Please double-check your selections before completing checkout.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered production.
