All KYVORIAN products are made to order. Please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

For U.S. orders, available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates shown at checkout include carrier transit estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment provider to determine the appropriate resolution.
